Encounter Engineering (E²)
Get a head start in Math, Physics & Engineering Design.

You will also learn how to manage your time and money, improve your study habits, build lasting friendships and get a general introduction to life as an LSU student. Enrollment limited to 100. You must be registered as an Engineering Major. The cost of the Program is $300.00 (Housing is separate). Scholarships are available.

Housing

• STEP program does not provide housing
• You will move into your Fall Residential Hall Assignment
• For Residential Hall Application, click here
• A separate charge for housing will appear on your University Fee bill
• Approximate cost of $22.00 a night (early arrival rates)
• Housing is strictly based on full participation in camp
• Failure to participate results in removal from camp
