Welcome

The goal of the STEP Project at LSU is to increase the retention of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Students thus increasing the number of graduates from Science and Engineering disciplines at the University.

 
The program is administered by the LSU College of Engineering and is designed to offer a formalized support system for students by increasing student confidence and knowledge through the provision of experience in Engineering based topics.
